Pianist John Perry has been playing the piano for 55 years and professionally for 42 years in and around the city of Akron.
He performs as a member of many local musical groups of various sizes & styles, ranging from blues to jazz. He is currently playing piano and vocalizing with the Tim Coyne Jazz Quartet, leading his own jazz trio, and performing solo at the BLU Plate Piano Bar every Friday evening.
Enjoy a cocktail and some midweek swingin’ solo piano jazz as we welcome this talented artist in his BLU Jazz+ club debut!
