The “BLU-esday Tuesday” Blues Jam band carries 60+ years of combined experience in and around the Greater Akron Blues scene. They enjoy blending their deep roots & varied influences to bring hot, stylish electric blues to the stage – always listening, always feeding off each other’s energy and always laying down soulful, groove-laden blues with feeling.
Guitarist & vocalist, John Markovic, is himself one of the best and has been a fixture for more than 25 years on the local circuit with his always electrifying group, VibroGroove.
Bassist & vocalist, Ryan Neuman, has been on the scene for 20 years, jumping, jiving and crying the blues with the $ugar Daddies, Hard to Handle, and West 25th.
Drummer & vocalist, Erik Diaz, has played with and for the very best. When he’s not at BLU Jazz+, you can find him playing shows with Mo Mojo, Anne E. DeChant, VibroGroove and many others.
