Sophistication, style & class are just a few of the attributes that accompany the talent & unbelievable vocal abilities of Akron’s ReaL DeaL old-school R&B singing group.
This four member group consists of Cornelius Parson, Alex Andrus, Vernon Palmer, and Garnett Jones. Each member has his own history of singing gospel and R&B in the local and surrounding areas going back to junior high school.
The current members of Akron’s ReaL DeaL formed in 2017. They perform songs from The Temptations, The Delphonics, Earth, Wind & Fire, Lakeside, Bobby Womack, and a plethora of familiar old school R&B songs.
Akron’s ReaL DeaL has performed venues & events including the Masquerade Ball (Akron, OH), Marques Downtown (Canton, OH), Italian American Society (Ravenna, OH), Better Block Party (Barberton, OH), The Oaks Lakeside Restaurant (Chippewa Lake, OH) & more!
