Powered by JumpStart & UARF, the theme of the event is "Investing in Akron as a Global HQ: Homegrown Strategy of Scale."
Calling all innovators & entrepreneurs! The University of Akron Experiential Learning Center for Entrepreneurship & Civic Engagement – the EX[L] Center – brings its monthly community networking event, “BLU-Prints to EX[L]” back to BLU!
EX[L] Center Founding Director and Executive-in-Residence, Jeff Hoffman (co-founder of Priceline.com), will be joined by special guest speakers: Mayor Dan Horrigan (City of Akron), and Keeven White (Founder and CEO of Whitespace Creative). The theme for this month’s event is “Investing in Akron as a Global HQ: Homegrown Strategy of Scale.”
Free appetizers and soft drinks during the program – full menu & cash bar will also be available. The first 25 to arrive will receive a copy of Jeff Hoffman’s most recent book, “Scale”!
