Music is a manifestation of life, our feelings, our experiences – Nathan-Paul’s “Suited Groove” seeks to capture such aspects of life.
 
“‘Groove’ indicates the foundation we want to lay for most of our songs. ‘Suited’ is what we’re doing to life when we are on stage playing our instruments: we’re dressing up stories and current events with organized sound. It has a sort of sophistication to it. So ‘Suited Groove’ is very fitting,” Nathan-Paul says.
 
Nathan-Paul is a graduate of The University of Akron where he received his Bachelors in Jazz Studies. “The tools in Jazz are a stepping stone to other styles, it’s the make-up of so much of American music,” Nathan-Paul explains.
